Anti-Inflammatory Avocado Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen berries
  • 1 cup zucchini
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons nut butter of your choice 1/2 avocado
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup almond milk

Notes

Add additional water to the liking of your consistency.
Blend all ingredients together & enjoy!
